RESOURCES
If you or someone you know is currently housed and looking for supportive resources, please contact 211 to find a list of prevention resources available.
If you, or someone you know, is experiencing homelessness, please contact one of our Access Points for Coordinated Entry services.
Are you sleeping outside, living in your car, or staying in an abandoned building? Contact our Street Outreach Team today!
A Coordinated Entry Access Point is the starting place to resolving a housing crisis. Trained staff will listen as you share a brief overview of your current situation, help you problem-solve, connect you to community resources, and support you in finding a safe and appropriate place to sleep when possible. Our CoC Access Points serve Douglas & Sarpy Counties in Nebraska and Pottawattamie County in Iowa.
