CONTINUUM OF CARE

The Continuum of Care is how we collaborate with local agencies to organize and deliver services so our neighbors in crisis are met with consistency and quickly directed to the proper resources that makes them feel supported.

ACTION BOARDS

We take pride in elevating the voices of those with lived experience. We convene groups of youth and adults who have experienced homelessness or housing instability and ensure they have opportunities to influence policy and meaningful change within the CoC. The results are programs that are trauma-informed, human-centered, and designed to meet people where they are while eliminating stigmas.

FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES

As the HUD-designated lead agency, Threshold CoC coordinates the federal Notice of Funding Opportunities (NOFO) for Douglas, Sarpy, and Pottawattamie Counties. This process consistently brings more than $5 million in funding to our community.
