In October 2024, Threshold CoC was awarded $2,853,337 from HUD through the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP). These funds have been allocated to youth-centered prevention strategies across Douglas, Sarpy, and Pottawattamie counties.
Projects are scheduled to enter grant agreement and begin implementation on March 1, 2026.
